Bringing over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition and mind training Anna takes a holistic approach to wellbeing in organisations.

Her clients include business owners looking to reduce stress, maximise productivity and reach optimal performance. In talks to corporate audiences Anna’s key messages draw on the myth of multitasking, stress and the environment, and the importance of sleep and exercise.

Business Background and Experience

Despite a daily fitness regime and a healthy balanced diet, Anna was hospitalized with a severe, stress-related illness. Her recovery gave her a deeper understanding of wellbeing including: the fundamental importance of the nervous system functionality, the vitality of nutrients and the power of considered movements.

She brings this life experience, scientific evidence and the wisdom of her teachers together in delivering Executive Wellness One to One Coaching and Group Programs including ‘I Quit Stress’. These are based on her wellbeing philosophy including nutrition, movement and mind training.

Combining a degree in business management with a passion for health and well-being, Anna founded Wellness Accountant whose vision encompasses ‘Maximised Profits through Healthy Employees’. In addition, through running her own wellness  retreat Gitana became a Weekend Program and Guest Experience Manager at the Golden Door Health Retreat, Gwinganna.

Most recently, after attending an 8 week ‘Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’ course facilitated by Kate Mathers, Anna and Kate Co-founded MindDEP combining scientific stress measurement and mindfulness practice.


Anna guides people using a coaching approach to help them make their own choices to build stress resilience, increase movement and promote healthy nutrition. Once these changes are combined she sees transformative results for her clients to maintain personal wellbeing in a sustainable way.

The philosophy that guides Anna’s work is the belief the success of a business depends fundamentally on its people. Investing in the wellbeing of people can reap dividends in terms of company performance and success.

By combining contemporary scientific technologies, the ancient wisdom of wellbeing and innovative practices she guides people to greater wellbeing that enhances performance.
