MindDEP equips today’s leaders with exceptional clarity, innovation, agility and resilience
Clarity, Focus & Attention
We live in a world of unparalleled complexity, with business and people vying for our attention, so we need to cultivate minds with focus and high levels of clarity.
Body Mind Continuum
In today’s working environment, both brain & body are often under high pressure. We help you get a better understanding of how the mind and body affects how we act and behave.
Improving your ability to self-regulate emotions and manage stress will improve your wellbeing, performance and effectiveness, resulting in more favourable business outcomes.
Agility & Innovation
Greater clarity and less stress enables cognitive flexibility, and enables leaders to adapt and respond to change, fostering innovation and creativity within your organisation.
The fast pace, relentless pressure and 24/7 connectivity of today’s demanding work environment means recovery from stress is needed like never before
Remarkably, gene expression can change with regular mindfulness practice – telomeres grow stronger and longer, correlating with an increased lifespan
Build a stronger immune system, reduce pain and inflammation, lower blood pressure, eat and sleep better – improve both mental and physical wellbeing
Mindfulness helps us adopt a broader view, and shed our defences and assumptions, so we can relate to others with empathy and awareness
Mind-fitness is the defining competitive advantage
for leaders in the 21st century

What People Say about MindDEP
“I have had the pleasure of collaborating with both Kate and Anna from MindDEP. Their passion and energy for developing mental fitness is inspiring and cotagious. Kate has been my mindfulness teacher for which I have found the practice life changing. Adding Anna’s heart-rate testing to this was a powerful combination to measure the results. Mindfulness practice clearly gets us into the green zone. I would highly recommend their unique offering to leaders looking to thrive in the VUCA landscape of this 21st Century!”
Dani Matthews – Coaching Development Partner, IECL
” The combination of science, their own personal stories and stress management techniques not only convinces you that this stuff called stress is real, but that there are ways to manage it…. it became clear that there was a lot of my life that was out of control….. only by stepping back can you start to live a happier life……MindDEP puts you firmly on that journey.”
Shaun Jankelowitz, National Business Manager (Woolworths), Coca-Cola Amatil
“MindDEP is a must for all emerging leaders and those of you who wish to be highly effective without having to sacrifice health and wellbeing in the pursuit of leadership excellence.”
Amit Padhiar, Change Manager, NSW Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages, NSW Department of Justice
“After the initial 2-week period, I noticed a significant difference in my attention span during meetings and whilst developing documentation/reports, and this has increased my overall work output. I have also experienced an increase in energy levels and feel less pressure/tension during the day, and look forward to getting out of the office and going for a walk.”
Ben Samcou, Project Manager, LendLease
Mindfulness can literally change your brain
“Recent research provides strong evidence that practicing non-judgemental, present-moment awareness (a.k.a. Mindfulness) changes the brain, and it does so in ways that anyone working in today’s complex business environment, and certainly every leader, should know about…
… Mindfulness should no longer be considered a ‘nice-to-have’ for executives. It’s a ‘must-have’: a way to keep our brains healthy, to support self-regulation and effective decision-making capabilities, and to protect ourselves from toxic stress.”
